In 2004, she founded Mindset, an agency focused on trends research and behaviour, and started the operation of WGSN in Brazil, one of the biggest fashion trends platform in the world. In 2013, she sold Mindset to Ascential Group and led the company's operation in Latin America for 2 years.

In 2017, she was invited by the English entrepreneur Marc Worth to start the operation of Stylus Brasil.
